- Airfare (each participant is responsible for their plane ticket to Costa Rica)

- Massage Therapies when applicable (Schedule upon arrival)
- Lunch in La Fortuna
- Dinner the last day night before departure on the next day
- Airport fare if departure is from Hotel Don Carlos (Wind and Water Yoga Retreats).
- Taxi for a day at Tamarindo Beach (free day) (Beach option ONLY)
